Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Trade Union Association and Trade Union Federation shall appoint from their working committees not exceeding 10% and 25% respectively of the total number of officials who are engaged in the protection
and promotion of the rights of the worker, in the officials of the Trade Union Association and Trade Union Federation.
